Ingredients:
1 ripe papaya
½ cup kefir
2-3 tablespoons of Alcami
¼ cup of fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon bee pollen
1 tablespoon Sprouted Chia and Flax seeds
1 teaspoon honey
Instructions:

Slice the papaya in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and a bit of the flesh to create a bowl-like shape.

Pour the kefir into the papaya bowl. Add Alcami and mix gently until well combined.

Sprinkle in the blueberries and bee pollen.

Add the sprouted chia and flax seeds on top. Drizzle with honey.

Serve immediately with a spoon. This bowl is best enjoyed fresh and cold!
