How to take it
One dropper, one glass of water.
Fill the dropper to the line (1 mL, 10 mg) and stir it into a glass of water. Never take it neat. Mornings work best.
Start slow: 5 drops on days 1 and 2, 10 drops on days 3 and 4, then a full dropper from day 5.
Storage: keep the bottle closed, upright and away from direct light.
Safety & who it is not for
Do not use if you take an SSRI, SNRI, MAOI or any other serotonergic medicine, if you have G6PD deficiency, or if you are pregnant or nursing. Methylene blue can interact with these medicines.
Taking any prescription medicine or managing a health condition? Ask your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.
Always dilute it in water. It stains skin, fabric and surfaces, so mind the drips. A blue-green tint in your urine is expected.
