One-Time Orders
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. All return requests are subject to review and approval based on the reason and the condition of the product.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at team@alcamielements.com. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions for returning the item. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Subscription Orders
Subscriptions carry a 90-day minimum before cancellation is eligible.
We encourage first-time customers to try a one-time order before subscribing. The 90-day commitment is designed as an Alcami trial period; a personal investment in daily ritual and consistency.
Return eligibility for subscription orders is assessed on a case-by-case basis and depends on product condition and reason for return.
or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened consumables, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. We also do not offer returns based on taste preferences.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered at our discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and approved, we will ship the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Banks and credit card companies may take 3 to 5 business days to post the refund.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please send a photo of the package and a description of the issue. We’ll investigate and ensure a replacement is shipped. For active subscribers, missing items may be added to your next renewal.
If an item from the initial subscription starter kit is missing, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll include it in your next shipment at no extra charge.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to fulfill orders promptly, delays may occur due to ingredient availability or logistics. Once a package is with the carrier, we cannot control transit issues. If a delay occurs, we will open a claim with the carrier and keep you updated. If delays exceed a reasonable timeframe, we will re-ship your order. Refunds or cancellations are not issued for carrier-related delays, but we may offer shipping compensation as a goodwill gesture.
