Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide fast, reliable shipping to customers wherever they are. We ship daily across the United States and Canada, and work hard to ensure a smooth delivery experience every time.

Order Processing
All orders are verified, quality-checked, and packaged within 24 hours. Once processed, they are dispatched from the nearest warehouse based on your location.

Shipping Time
Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. In rare cases, shipping may take up to 10 to 15 days due to carrier or warehouse delays, weather, system errors, or other unforeseen issues.

Warehouse Locations
We ship from a dedicated warehouse in Canada for Canadian orders and a separate warehouse in the US for American orders. No cross-border shipping means faster delivery and no customs delays.

International Shipping
We ship globally. For international orders, please place a one-time purchase at checkout. Subscription shipping is currently only available in Canada, the US, and the UK.
