Ingredients:
1 ripe banana (for natural sweetness)
75g oats
3 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp baking powder
A pinch of cinnamon
2 tbsp Life Enhancing Blend
Coconut oil
Instructions:

Pop the banana, oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and Life Enhancing Blend into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Ladle in 2-3 rounds of batter, leaving space for them to spread.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface and the underside is golden.

Flip the pancake gently and cook the other side.

Stack them high and top with your favorite toppings.
