Ingredients:
1 scoop Life Enhancing Blend
1 cup almond flour or oat flour
1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
2 eggs (or flax eggs for a vegan version)
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of sea salt
½ tsp cinnamon
Optional: berries, cacao nibs, or chopped nuts
Instructions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. In another bowl, whisk together your milk and eggs (or flax eggs).
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
4. Let the batter sit for 5 minutes so it thickens a little.
5. Pour into a preheated waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
