Easy Alcami Snack

Ingredients:

Raw almonds (as desired)

1-2 tablespoons of grass-fed raw butter

3 teaspoons of alcami

Pinch of sea salt


Instructions:

  1. Add the almonds to a dry stainless steel pan. Roast over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they’re golden and fragrant.

  2. Reduce the heat to low. Add the grass-fed raw butter to the pan and let it melt, coating the almonds evenly.

  3. Sprinkle in the Alcami and stir well until the almonds are fully coated.

  4. Add a pinch of sea salt to taste. Stir once more and remove from the heat.

  5. Enjoy warm as a snack on their own, or sprinkle over salads, Greek yogurt, or smoothie bowls for an extra nutrient boost.
