How to take it

Stir one 4 g scoop into a splash of cool milk or water until smooth, then top up with your coffee, smoothie or water. Going into a hot drink? Mix it smooth first, then pour the hot drink in, so it never clumps.
Taste: unflavored and lightly creamy.
Storage: reseal the pouch and keep it in a cool, dry place.

I was able to try Alchemi I purchased through a local retailer and after two weeks I really felt a difference- more focus, feeling subtly uplifted and more calm.
