Cancellation policy

At Alcami Elements, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our subscription and cancellation terms:

Subscription Terms

  • No Minimum Commitment: You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum number of orders.
  • Pause, Skip or Change: You can pause, skip a delivery or swap flavours at any time from your account, or by contacting our Customer Service team.
  • Cancellation: Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund orders that have already been processed.

Returns

  • Unopened Products: Customers may return unopened products for a refund with prior approval from our Customer Service team.
  • Return Approval: Before returning any product, customers must contact our Customer Service team to receive authorization and instructions for processing the return.
  • Return Shipment Fees: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Alcami Elements is not liable for any shipping fees or lost returns, so we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Customer Support Options

At Alcami Elements, we value our customers and aim to address any concerns promptly. For customers who may have experienced less-than-perfect service or delayed shipment times, our Customer Service team may offer the following resolutions:

  1. Product Swapping: Customers can request a product swap to try a different flavour or option.
  2. Discounts: In some cases, customers may be offered a discount on their current or future orders to help resolve their concerns.
