How to take it

One dropper, one glass of water.

Fill the dropper to the line (1 mL, 10 mg) and stir it into a glass of water. Never take it neat. Mornings work best.

Start slow: 5 drops on days 1 and 2, 10 drops on days 3 and 4, then a full dropper from day 5.

Storage: keep the bottle closed, upright and away from direct light.

C'est la deuxième marque de bleu que j'essaie. La qualité et la concentration sont équivalentes à celles de la première marque, mais la quantité est presque le double, pour un meilleur prix. J'ai du mal à croire que je trouverai une autre marque qui surpasse Alcami. Sans compter que je reçois aussi la poudre de champignons, dont je suis également très satisfait.
