Alcami Matcha Pancakes

Ingredients:

¼ cup all-purpose flour

3 tablespoons of baking powder

3 teaspoons of melted butter

1 teaspoon of coconut sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 egg
A pinch of salt

1 teaspoon Alcami Matcha

1 cup milk


Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, coconut sugar, salt, and Alcami Matcha.

  2. Add in the egg, melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

  3. Heat a lightly buttered non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan to form a pancake.

  4. Cook for 1–2 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Stack the pancakes on a plate. Serve warm with your favorite toppings like maple syrup, fresh fruit, or a drizzle of almond butter.
