Alcami Chocolate Vanilla Affogato


Ingredients:

2 tablespoons melted organic dark chocolate

1–2 teaspoons Alcami

2–3 scoops high-quality vanilla ice cream

1 shot (about 30 ml) freshly brewed espresso


Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, stir the Alcami into the melted chocolate until smooth and well combined.

  2. Drizzle or spread the chocolate-Alcami mixture around the inside of a serving glass.

  3. Gently place a few scoops of vanilla ice cream into the prepared glass.

  4. Slowly pour a fresh shot of hot espresso over the ice cream.

  5. Enjoy your affogato as the hot espresso begins to melt the ice cream, creating a rich, creamy, and energizing dessert.
