Ingredients:
2 tablespoons melted organic dark chocolate
1–2 teaspoons Alcami
2–3 scoops high-quality vanilla ice cream
1 shot (about 30 ml) freshly brewed espresso
Instructions:

In a small bowl, stir the Alcami into the melted chocolate until smooth and well combined.

Drizzle or spread the chocolate-Alcami mixture around the inside of a serving glass.

Gently place a few scoops of vanilla ice cream into the prepared glass.

Slowly pour a fresh shot of hot espresso over the ice cream.
